A physical SIM creates irreversible records once it is unsealed, inserted, activated or used, so it cannot be refunded for change of mind after that. Orders that have not entered packing or shipping can be cancelled. Carrier account reviews, suspension and third-party platforms refusing the number or not sending codes are outside our control and are not product quality issues.

  • checkThe number runs on the T-Mobile network. Validity, top-up and number-keeping rules follow the carrier and channel rules; follow the card instructions or contact support after it arrives.
  • checkWhether Apple, AI tools or other platforms accept the number, or deliver a verification code, is decided by each platform and cannot be guaranteed.
  • checkUse it only for accounts you personally own. Bulk registration or any unlawful use is not allowed.

Is this a physical SIM or an eSIM? Does it need shipping?

It is a physical SIM card and is shipped to you. Nothing is delivered digitally.

Is it a VoIP or virtual number?

No. It is a mobile number on the T-Mobile network in the United States, delivered on a physical SIM.

Can every platform send codes to this number?

No number can guarantee that. Each platform decides which numbers it accepts and whether to send a code. Test with ordinary SMS first, and avoid repeated requests if one platform fails.

Can I get a refund?

Orders that have not entered packing or shipping can be cancelled. After the SIM is unsealed, inserted, activated or used, it cannot be refunded for change of mind. See the refund policy for details.
