As of 25 August 2026, the three official sites show between 40GB and 80GB around the £10 price point. Contract length, roaming, zero-rating limits and local coverage matter more than the largest number alone.

giffgaff: most data, longest commitment

The £10 contract gives 80GB, but leaving early may trigger a termination charge. It is strongest when you have already tested O2 and expect to remain in the UK for at least 18 months.

The £10 rolling option gives only 20GB but can be changed monthly. That flexibility is useful before you know how O2 performs indoors.

VOXI: 60GB promotion plus social zero-rating

VOXI's current £10 offer includes 60GB and selected social-media use. Voice and video calls, third-party adverts and linked websites can still consume general data.

Most European destinations require a European Roaming Pass. Zero-rated social, music or video use counts against the plan while roaming and is subject to a 20GB fair-use limit.

SMARTY: 40GB rolling with a larger EU allowance

SMARTY gives 40GB for £10, rolls monthly and supports eSIM on the Three network. Its help page says service is 4G and 5G, not 2G or 3G, so check older-device compatibility.

Its default EU fair-use allowance is up to 12GB, more than the 5GB confirmed for this giffgaff plan. Frequent UK-EU travellers may value that difference more than extra UK data.
